With the rapid and ongoing changes we are experiencing due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have enhanced our services to ensure you and your MINI are taken care of and the quality of your experience with us remains unchanged during this challenging time.
 
We understand you may be busy working from home, taking care of the kids, or doing your part by practicing social distancing. Please read on to see how we can help you.
 
VALET SERVICES & LOANER VEHICLES.
 
Is your MINI due for service or needs repairs? We can pick up your car and drop off a loaner vehicle while it is in service.
 
At MINI Richmond, we have implemented Health & Safety and Social Distancing Protocols to protect you. How?
  • Pick up or drop off service available for maintenance vehicles to further limit contact
  • All servicing personnel and staff in contact with vehicles use gloves
  • Service and loaner vehicles and keys are wiped down before and after use (e.g. door handles, steering wheel, shift knob, parking brake)
  • Protective covers are put on high touch areas in the vehicles

Is there a new or pre-owned MINI you would like to test drive or get more information on? Let our Motoring Advisors bring the test drive vehicle to you or provide you with a virtual presentation.
 
OUT-OF-DEALERSHIP TEST DRIVES.
To limit touch points, our sales team will bring the test drive vehicle to you and answer any questions you may have. All our vehicles are frequently cleaned and wiped down with disinfectant to ensure it is safe for you and our staff.

We remain open for business and have enhanced our services and cleaning procedures to better support you. At the same time, in light of the changes we are experiencing due to COVID-19, we have temporarily adjusted our Sales Department hours (Service & Parts remain the same).
 
Here are our current store hours:

SALES. 
Monday to Saturday - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday - Closed
 
SERVICE & PARTS.
Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Sunday - Closed
 
HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS.
 
We want to assure you we have taken necessary steps to help support the health and well-being of our customers and staff. As such, we have put in place the following measures.

 
  • Increased janitorial services, paying extra attention to frequently touched areas like, door handles, workstations, and guest lounge tables, counters and drinks machines
  • Sanitizing products are available for customers to use in-store
  • All of our employees are under instruction to sanitize their workstations after every client interaction
  • Customer lounge and all other customer touch points are sanitized every hour
  • Service, showroom, and test drive vehicles and keys are wiped down before and after use (e.g. door handles, steering wheel, shift knob, parking brake)
  • Protective covers are put on high touch areas in the vehicle
  • Any staff member travelling or recently returned from their travels will be/has been quarantined in accordance with Government regulations
  • Any staff or clients with flu-like symptoms are not to enter the store premises, and asked to stay at home in accordance with Government regulations
  • Hand washing procedures are strictly enforced and direct contact with clients and staff is prohibited
